J. Douglas Redfearn LL.B J. Douglas Redfearn was called to the Bar in 1985. Doug is the other partner of the firm and deals primarily with non-litigious areas of Family Law. He is one of the founding members of the Hamilton/Halton Collaborative Law Group, having been convinced that there was a need to "do Divorce differently". Steven McCutcheon B.A., LL.B. Steven McCutcheon is an Associate Lawyer at Snelius,Redfearn LLP. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987. Steven has practiced law in Toronto, Milton and Oakville over the years. He was a founding member of the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal, presiding over thousands of landlord-and-tenant cases over six years. He returned to private practice in 2004. Steven currently restricts his practice to family law with an emphasis on litigation. Rachael Pulis B.A. M.A. LL.B Rachael Pulis is an Associate Lawyer with the firm. She was called to the Bar in January 2008. Rachael articled with the Legal Department of Halton Region where she gained invaluable experience handling various Court matters as well as drafting pleadings and briefs. Janet Wright (Dip. Mediation)
Janet Wright has been a law clerk with the firm for over 25 years. Among many other things, she assists clients with the preparation of Financial Statements, Affidavits and Briefs.
